Delivery

Orders placed in the SUA-B online shop are prepared and dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Delivery costs and times are shown during the purchase process before the order is completed, and depend on the method selected:

• Collection at the salon: free of charge. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect.
• Home delivery: the cost is calculated automatically according to the order amount and the area. In some cases delivery is free above a certain amount.

The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 working days for deliveries within mainland Spain, except in cases of force majeure. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order leaves.

Right of withdrawal (returns)

In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without having to give a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to us at privacidad@sua-b.com quoting your order number. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their packaging.

Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the amount paid for the products using the same means of payment, within a maximum of 14 days.

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or a mistake has been made on our part.

Faulty products or mistakes

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange the replacement or refund, including delivery costs.
