Hair Consultation
We analyse your case and help you find the right solution for you
About the treatment
What does it involve?
In the hair consultation we analyse your case and help you find the right solution for you.
We design a realistic plan based on your hair, your degree of loss and the look you are after.
Our aim is for you to leave with a clear idea of what is happening to you, what can be improved, what results you can expect and the best route to achieving them.
This consultation is for you if...
- You notice a loss of density
- You see a receding hairline, a thinning crown or sparse patches
- You want your hair to look stronger and with more presence
- You are interested in a shaved-effect result
- You have a scar you would like to disguise
- You want an assessment with professional judgement before making a decision
At what age can I come to a hair consultation?
You do not need to be a particular age or to have advanced alopecia to come to a hair consultation. Androgenetic alopecia can start early and advances little by little over the years.
The sooner the first signs are detected, the more options there are to act in time and keep the hair, stopping or slowing the loss. Without treatment, hereditary loss carries on progressing.
Do not wait for the hair to disappear before acting. If you notice it is losing thickness, density or strength, now is the time to have it assessed.

Frequently asked questions
Will I leave the consultation knowing which option is best for me?
Yes, that is precisely the aim. We want you to leave with a clear recommendation, understanding which treatment fits you, what result you can expect and what the process would be like.
Will I go bald overnight?
Androgenetic alopecia is usually a progressive process, not something that makes hair disappear all at once. The follicles become miniaturised: each cycle produces thinner, finer, weaker hairs, until it is eventually lost in that area. If you notice that your hair no longer has the same strength, thickness or visual coverage as before, a hair consultation can help you understand what is happening.
Is the hair consultation only for people with alopecia?
No. It is also intended for men with low density, a receding hairline, a thinning crown, scars or simply questions about how to improve the look of their hair. In fact, if we detect in time that your hair is weakening, you can prevent it from disappearing.
Which treatments are offered at the clinic?
Depending on your case, we may recommend: a strategic haircut, scalp micropigmentation for visual density enhancement, scalp micropigmentation with a shaved effect, scalp micropigmentation to cover scars, or hair mesotherapy.
When are the results noticeable?
It depends on the treatment chosen. With aesthetic treatments such as scalp micropigmentation, the visual change is apparent during the process itself. With progressive treatments such as hair mesotherapy or at-home care, changes usually take more time and consistency. A reduction in hair loss can be noticed from 6-8 weeks, while an increase in density and thickness is usually seen between 3 and 6 months, especially when several sessions are combined with at-home treatment.
What happens if I am not a candidate for a hair treatment?
In some cases, when the alopecia is very advanced or the follicles are irreversibly inactive, the professional may recommend other approaches such as aesthetic alternatives or even consider a referral for a hair transplant. You will always get an honest, realistic plan. The consultation is for that too: to stop you investing in something that will not give you a good result. If you are not a candidate for a particular option, we will explain what alternatives you have, or whether it is better not to have any treatment for now.
Can I be treated the same day?
It will depend on the recommended treatment, on your case and on availability in the diary. If it is possible, we will tell you in the consultation.
